When I hear the word 'BANGLE', I always think of Bangladesh... I'm random..hehe!

I've decided to start wearing bangles again, and thanks to a Woolies voucher a friend gave me for my birthday, I bought some nice ones yesterday!!

My friend David did a lower limb bio mechanical assessment today and discovered that I need to get new running shoes - more specifically, ones that anti-pronate slightly.

Interesting stuff... here's to healthy running!
