SO here it is... the end of something great! And I decided that the last photo will not be of something magnificent, or some great scenery, or some beautiful person on the street, or whatever... it's just me, saying good bye :)

IT was great... what an adventure. Sometimes I loved it, sometimes I hated it... but the most important thing of all - I DID IT!! I set a target to do something, and for the first time in so long, I DID IT, and I FINISHED GREAT :)

Yes, I said I would do it to the end of the year, but I won't have internet access starting soon... so that sort of burst the bubble. Day 150 is a good day to end. A happy day, a sad day... but most of all - a VICTORIOUS DAY!!

THe photo is of me... because I did this for myself... no one else! Thanks to my friend Emsie, who took the photo!!

I got very nice photo frames for my birthday, and they are all over my walls... there's something really fantastic about being able to capture moments - and treasure them forever.

Charlie's Bakery in town sells the nicest cakes, cookies, muffins, tarts and puddingy stuff... only to mention some of it.

My friend and I went there this morning for coffee... and didn't want to go too overboard, so we had Latte's and shared a STRAWBERRY muffin... with REAL strawberries in it... freakin' amazing!!!

So I'm quite into this whole jogging thing, and not doing too badly. Bought myself an iPod shuffle this week, because trying to run with an iPod classic is almost impossible (and the sports strap is nearly bigger than my arm...hehe).

Two of my greatest friends are getting married on the 17th of December, and I can't wait!! I just know it's going to be one awesome party!!!

My last pair of running shoes were bought in 2006... I know, it's a shocker. I have to admit that that pair served me well, and I probably would've ran with them a bit longer if I wasn't otherwise advised :)

Sooooo... I got my new pair of New Balance 1064's today and am super happy about them! Two awesome friends in church helped me out by doing an assessment and taking me to the New Balance store to get the right pair! Super-friends!

So now it's me and the road - and impossible is NOTHING!!

So this was one heck of a crappy week at work... seriously... THERE ARE NO WORDS :( Thank goodness the holiday is only 8 more school days away - I wouldn't be able to do 1 extra day!

I went for some shopping after work and whilst browsing for some CD's and DVD's at Look And Listen, I came across this little gem:

Helped out at a wedding this afternoon in Wellington, and as I left the venue I saw the beautiful sunset. It's a pity I didn't have my own memory cards with me - it means I had to take this photo with my phone... but oh well... it's still a beautiful sunset :)

This is an old, new friend. Marlette and I met two years ago (roughly when this photo was taken - and yes... I'm cheating again)... anyways... Marlette and I met two years ago through another friend. She went to Korea to teach for a year and we sort of lost contact.

Now, two years later, all I can say is she is one of my new best friends!

I've decided to start wearing bangles again, and thanks to a Woolies voucher a friend gave me for my birthday, I bought some nice ones yesterday!!

I had the privilege of assisting 2 TWO weddings this weekend and it was fantastic. Such an awesome way to learn from two brilliant photographers!!

Today was especially magnificent with Juné Joubert - who will have to take my wedding photos one day, as she is totally wonderful! We did some bundu bashing through vineyards and 'grassy' fields... and all I can say is: My shoes did NOT make it :(

I had a FANTASTIC time destroying my shoes!!

10 months we've been living in our flat - and this was our official 'dinner with friends' :)

I made pancakes ( my mom's LEGENDARY recipe ), with 2 fillings: my special 'made-from-scratch' mince, and strawberries with ice-cream!

What an evening!! Thanks to all the friends who came, and made our first 'flat-dinner' very memorable!!!

Unfortunately the only good thing about Virgin Mobile is the 1000 sms' I get every month. Their phones just simply don't last - and my second phone from them is officially dead...

DAD TO THE RESCUE!!!

He was due for a new BlackBerry upgrade, which meant that I could get his old one... YAYE!! Ironically, the 'old' one isn't very old... that's another story..hehe.

I'm officially part of the BlackBerry clan! Unfortunately, Virgin Mobile also doesn't have BlackBerry BIS which gives you the free internet and chat and all of that... but I will find out what my other options are - and keep you posted :D

There have been a lot of challenges in my life this year... one of which to maintain a healthy lifestyle :) I have been successful and unsuccessful, but I still have a way to go and would like to lose a few of the old pounds before the end of 2010.

My friend is a dietitian and helped me with a new eating plan - thanks fren!

Another friend 'left' this dress with me when she left to go back to London in 2008, and it's always been my goal to fit into it...

Let's see if I can make it happen before we see the sun rise on 2011... heck, perhaps I can see the sun rise in 2011 WEARING this dress :) If I do - photos will follow!!!
